Return Shipping Label

Returns are only available for online orders. All in-store purchases are final sale. Return for online orders must be requested within 12 days of the original purchase date of online orders. All items must be received by TCTC within 21 days of the original shipment date.

After adding this to your cart, please include your previous order number and the items you wish to return in the "Order Notes" box on the cart page. 

For online returns, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label to print and use for a fee of $5.95. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received by TCTC.
